Keri Reid McNally
Keri is a Senior Associate at Cerasia & Del Rey-Cone LLP. Keri first worked with Ed and Christie at Proskauer Rose LLP as a summer associate and then after graduating law school, and is an important part of the Firm’s team-based approach to providing quality client service and obtaining results.
Keri has substantial first-chair experience litigating employment law cases, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, USERRA and discrimination class action lawsuits in state and federal courts, as well as claims before administrative agencies. Keri also has experience handling non-compete and restrictive covenant cases. Prior to joining the Firm, Keri independently handled a large caseload for the Labor and Employment Law Division of the New York City Office of the Corporation Counsel, where she handled all phases of litigation in defending the City and its agencies in complex and high-profile employment law cases.
Keri also regularly counsels and trains clients on a variety of matters, including employee discipline and termination, internal investigations, employment and separation agreements, leaves of absence, and policy and handbook reviews. Clients consistently praise Keri for her practical advice in navigating complex situations. Over the years, Keri has published several articles on employment law topics.
Keri graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law School in 2006, where she served as the Executive Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. While in law school, she also was the Chair of the Women’s Law Forum and was the recipient of the Outstanding Woman Law Graduate Award from the National Association of Women Lawyers. Keri graduated with High Honors from Douglass College at Rutgers in 2003, with a B.A. in Journalism and Political Science.
Keri is licensed to practice law in New York, as well as in various federal district courts.
