Ed Cerasia has been selected by his peers again for inclusion in the 2016 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America for his work in two practice areas for labor and employment law.

On January 16, 2015, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit issued a summary order affirming the trial judge’s decision and judgment in favor of Pace University after an 8-day bench trial involving a tenured professor’s claim that he was denied a promotion to full professor because of his national origin.

Law 360 quoted Ed Cerasia's view that, if the U.S. Supreme Court rules in favor of plaintiffs in two important ERISA cases dealing with investments in company stock and retiree medical benefits under labor agreements, there likely will be an uptick in ERISA lawsuits.
